Jen greatly enjoys coming alongside others seeking to better understand themselves and their relationship patterns. She believes that mood symptoms and interpersonal tendencies (anxiety, irritability, perfectionism) are truly important to recognize, and that by exploring them, we can experience growth, clarity and healing. In addition, she explores attachment patterns, stemming from childhood and family of origin, and how these tendencies manifest in current relationships. Jen offers feedback in a compassionate manner as clients begin to “connect the dots” in their own story and eventually grow in understanding and compassion towards self and others.
In addition, she can often be found trying new recipes, drinking coffee, and spending time with her husband and sons.
